And the BEAT goes on

Buuullllshit! ah.. yesterday was fun! ;) i was the first one to come! hehe don't i feel special. =) then kristen followed... then lucille.. liezl.. janessa.. jenn.. val.. pamela.. yeah. fun times! we made chocolate covered pretzel rods with caramel wrapped around it and sprinkles of our choice! then we played a game of Egyptain while waiting for the chocolate to harden. damn you val! always winning. when val stopped playing liezl won.. then we hit the pool.. phan didn't join us tho. =( i was sad. jenn and i were going to choreograph a sychronized swimming routine just for her too. then we went back inside.. ate the pretzel sticks we made [which by the way were mm mm good! thanx asain version of martha stuart aka kristen! haha. we know u're not gonna take our money tho.. or that's wut she leads us to believe *raise one eyebrow*]... baked a fudge brownie which turned out flat.. but it's ok! haha we watched "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" and then more egyptian! i won! woo! then liezl won again.. dang. then a game of bullshit! we loved the way matthew maconohey said it. =) "Buuulllllshit mama." hahah! mm. then a chat session of whatnots and stuff haha. marlon came over too.. we had to hold off the bonfire until next time.. but overall i had a pretty good time. =) just cuz it was with people whom i haven't seen since graduation. it was also very refreshing to know that even if high school is over, people are still the same people they were before.. they're still not too cool to ditch you... just yet. we should have another one of those days soon!

girls day out ahh... yesterday was refreshing. =) my day outside of the house started around 1:45 PM. right when i was about to pick up phan, kristen called and told me she was free. So since she was closer, i picked her up first and then phan. then being the on-call nanny that i am, i receive a call from jenny saying kyle needed to be picked up earlier than 3 cuz he had an accident and was running a temp. i told her i'd be there in 30 minutes but kristen and phan suggested that i go pick them up right then. So i rushed to jenny's house, placed that carseat in... put trinity [who just happened to be grumpy today] in her carseat and sped away to pick up kyle. i had to take trinity to the nearby liquor store and after what seemed like forever [trinity's fussiness didn't make the trip any shorter], phan, kristen, and i decide to go into wonderland.. and i drop jenny, kyle, and poor fussy trinity home. Then off to ralphs we go! So we drove to the back parking lot and attempted to remove the nails with hammer. It was funny acutally. we were trying to remove a nail that didn't need to be removed. So we stuck a whole crate in my trunk, drove to the front and parked. we went inside ralphs to buy our supplies for tomorrow! yay for phan's small bonfire pit! so after.. phan had to go to work so we dropped her off. kristen and i headed to tapioca express after. yumm. then off to lakewood mall to visit phan ;). while kristen and i were there i found an $8 shirt that read "objects under this shirt are larger than they appear" was SO gonna get it.. but we found something better.. $6 shirts @ Express. org. price was $22. can you say wow! i thought that was a GOOD deal! so man.. after our girly shopping, we finally visited phan. kristen tried on these shoes that were so ugly on her feet haha! and i tried on a boot that was too big for me... bah.. it didn't look sexy on my anyways.. haha. then we left to go home. it was fun driving with the windows down and singing to old songs. it was just one of those spontaneous fun days. =) i miss those days...

Baking day! i'm at phan's house! we're swimming, talking, baking, playing card games [mainly egyptian] , and we will have a mini bonfire in phan's oh-so-small-but-still-good bonfire pit. =) fun!! woohoo!

surprise surprise! Bora and Felix came to visit me today! aww thanx for somewhat helping me do my albums. ;) Then Val followed to my house. I haven't see her since graduation! heck.. i haven't seen ALL of them since graduation. So i'm glad that i got to spend my day at home with them over. We had a pretty good talk. esp. felix and me. Well it all started with a simple question about girls. but it led to the whole "courting" issue and how people ask people to dances and of the difference between HS and college. we figured that high school holds dances for a reason. it's the introduction or experimentation to the whole dating scene. going to a dance with a date is kinda a test run or a look at how it would be like to actually get with the person you choose to go with.. majority of the time, people ask people who they think is a "potential bf/gf" to a dance. So it's like "courting". So in essence you are a "couple" for the night. eventually you take couple pictures and that's where the physical compatibilty comes in. so all in all.. a dance is an intro to uhh.. dating.. come to think of it.. isn't that the point of the social scene in HS? to get used to getting close to the opposite sex? considering girls/boys have cooties until Jr. High.. even Jr. High is a mini intro itself.. it's like a prep course to the basics [HS].. college is kinda the next step in the whole dating thing... kinda like an advance course.. things get more complicated because more factors play a part on how well a relationship can hold. but hey.. that's just my theory from observation. ;) ...... ANYWHO.. while Bora & Felix were here, they looked at ALL my pictures from October 2002 up until now. We also played 10 fingers.. haha dang.. they had some pretty sad cheap shots just to get me out.

disappointed.. i won't be able to go on the MUN road trip like i've been hoping for.. and i've been preparing for it since we first thought of it. I told my mom EVERYDAY since then.. and when it really comes down to it.. i just have other vacation plans.. =/ it sounded really fun too.. ack. dang timing. and seriously.. i'm kinda saving up for my hawaii trip which i have yet to plan.. if i had someone to go with.. anyone interested?? i'm hoping to go the second week of August [ prolly from the 9th - 16].. i'll be back in time for someone's bday. ;) so if you're interested in coming with me don't be scared to holla! just call my cell or something.. or IM me!

excited! ahh! i can't wait until wednesday! i get to swim in phan's pool! ahh that's so cool! haha that rhymes! ;) we finally finalized our plans! of course phan and i need to get wood.. but we have to uh.. borrow.. ;) if anything imma blame liezl! hahah jk but we gonna have a bonfire in her backyard! fun times up ahead! s'mores! woohoo! ahh.. can't wait! and kristen's pretzels.. yumm... *drool* .. man we're gonna have SOO much fun! considering i haven't seen some people since last month! and then we'll prolly end up beating each other up cuz u know.. egyptian requires some slapping.. and of course janessa n liezl will be fighting over food.. over imitation cheez-its.. hahaha ahhh.. can't wait!

OUTDOOR FUN!
so it has been pretty fun lately. =) i like the fact that i can just get up and out of the house. That's something i wasn't able to do when i was in school. I think my parents are starting to understand the importance of a BREAK. it's to get away from school and worries and stress and wutever else causes anxiety. lets see.. wut have i done over the summer SO far.. random outings with friends, disneyland, beach outings, grubbing, exercising, TV, movies, and me just being me. Oh! and i had orientation on the 10th.. that was interesting.. i'm taking Dance 101, French 101A, Math 123, Univeristy 100 [mandatory for us], and umm.. English 1E if i didn't pass the AP test. =/ bah humbug.. stoopid EPT. i missed the cut off by ONE FRIGGIN' POINT. *sigh.. oh well. umm.... wut else?

yeah i've been thinking about life in general and college lately. it had become overwhelming at one point because it just struck me that i won't be seeing the same people anymore. I won't be living an shelter systematic high school life. I'm going to be out there and into the world. And to think, i'm getting closer to the age where people start settling down and having kids. YIKES! Marriage.. that's a BIG step. I remember Kristen and i would talk about relationships and whatnots in Mr. Brose's class. We created a "Who's getting married first" list. It goes as follows: Kristen, me, Mona, and Pamela. hmm.. scary to think that she thought i'd be second in line but first in line to become a mom! haha. ah!! stop thinking of the future and just enjoy today! heck, im too young to even THINK about marriage and whatnot. i know for sure that someday i will eventually become a mom and a wife, but that's too far ahead and plans are still unstable. i'm happy with what i have right now. nothing feels more right than where i am now. and that's all that matters. TODAY only matters TODAY.

yeah.. i got grades that i don't usually get last quarter. I have a 3.17 GPA for last semester. i slacked off a grip last quarter.. oh well. it doesn't matter, i've already been admitted to CSULB. I'm still waiting on damn AP Test scores! how do other people already know?! bah..

Yes.. as bored as i am.. i created another blog. I liked diary-x.. but the list just got on my nerves.. i thought that it's privacy thing was kool [and i'll prolly go back and post private entries on there] but it just got annoying for some reason. The cool thing about that website tho is that it can track down how many times it has been viewed that day and by what servers.. u could also choose a different template for each entry.. but i just chose not to.. i got lazy. =/ oh well. So imma see if this would work out fine cuz last time i had a blog it always shut down on me.. maybe this system got better.
