updating technology today, my dad finally installed our new computer. i've claimed the laptop mine.. for now at least. i've set it up in my room, on my desk, in my little corner. finally, some privacy when i'm online. i wish i had dsl tho. then i'd be happier about my internet connection. but oh well. so our old computer in the living room has been moved to the guest room. the computer already in the guestroom has been taken out. my dad's going to hook it up at his work because they don't have a computer there. so now he can play games on it while passing time. damn.. sometimes i wish i can just get a job like my dad's. it's so laid back. all they do is watch the water pressure, check the generators, take down hourly readings of the meters, and spend there sweet time doing whatever the hell they want. it takes a degree to do that?! man.. life's sweet.
i never got to meet you would you feel guilty if you knew that someone in your family was shot but you never met this family member? well, i kinda do. My mom's half brother got shot in front of a club in the philippines. it hurts me to know that there are family members i never got to meet and know that its too late to show your appreciation for them as one of your family members. it sucks how the family found out too. i mean, how would like it reading in the newspaper the following morning that your brother, husband, father, uncle, cousin was shot and killed by random shooting in front of a club? that's not the best way to wake up in the morning to pick up the newspaper and have some pandesal and coffee. and another family member i never had the chance to meet has left the world.

get your grub on i went to islands burger joint with bora today. he paid just cuz he owed me gas money for the ride home. haha that was nothing. anywho.. it was yummy.. i like their food. or maybe i was just really hungry. doode... i was suppose to go to lunch with felix. =( i feel bad. i'm sorry....... but yeah, bora and i were getting REALLY hungry. so we got our grub on over there. he said i finished my root beer float in 5 minutes. =/ yes.. i was hungry. interesting conversation we had. they let us eat in the bar. haha i think they thought we older than we really are. the lady said, "booth or bar?" we said we didn't mind. she said "it's a 15 minute wait for a booth." uhh.. we'll take the bar. we're too hungry. we could have ordered hard drinks but we didn't cuz we're good people. 0=) i know i know.. that halo is kinda dented and lopsided.. but hey. at least we didn't drink it.
